Mnemba Island [Tanzania]

Imagine being Robinson Crusoe on a long, white sandy beach, with giant tortoises, exotic species of crab, and rare tropical fish swimming in the lagoon.
Ten little huts built of coconut wood and palm leaves, all recently refurbished, constitute the accommodation in this paradise close to the Mnemba Reef off the northern coast of Zanzibar. Adventure, seclusion, and – yes – the spirit of escapism, which takes us over and carries us along awhile through this enchanting world of sea and surf. Life can be so beautiful!
