Sal Salis [Australia]
Luxury tents by the remote Ningaloo Reef in Australia.
Hidden amongst dunes which give view onto unspoilt sandy white beaches of the Cape Range National Park, ”Sal Salis” is an exclusive bush camp bringing a touch of luxury and style to this remote and beautiful wilderness. The tents are built on raised platforms and merge into the surrounding dunes.
Excursions to the Ningaloo reef, which lies literally just a few metres off the beach, reveal a vast marine biotope for coral and brilliantly coloured fish, sea turtles, reef sharks and manta rays, as well as the seasonal and most famous visitors to these waters: whale sharks and humpback whales. It is the world’s biggest fringing coral reef, yet remains a little known gem in Australia’s natural heritage.
